plug-in.png "Plug In @ The Robbins" closed its 12th season with a free concert at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, on the Whittemore-Robbins House lawn.

Residents were able to enjoy acoustic swing and jazz by the band Swing Cafe. Those interested in attending the outdoor performance were asked to bring their own lawn chairs to the area just outside 670R Mass. Ave., which had shade coverage -- an important consideration given temperatures having been in the 90s earlier.

The ongoing cultural/educational program "Plug In @ The Robbins" targets, but is not restricted to, people age 50 and older. It is made possible thanks to the John F. Barry and Margaret O'C. Barry Memorial Fund.
